Become a member of the ‘Parlementarians for the 2030 Agenda’
Do you too want to defend sexual and reproductive health and rights in parliament? Then this informal parliamentary group might be for you! The main goal: to strengthen and promote sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) internationally.
That means working on issues such as bodily autonomy, STIs and HIV, basic health care, women's rights, LGBTQIA+ rights, maternal care, neonatal care and safe childbirth.

Work on sexual and reproductive health and rights in international projects and policy work
Sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) have a huge impact on the well-being of an individual and their family and on the success of the whole society.
Therefore, it is important for any organisation or person working around development cooperation (international solidarity) to consider issues such as bodily autonomy, STIs and HIV, basic health care and women and LGBTQIA+ rights.

Learn more about SRHR
Discover our online course Body and Rights. Sensoa International, together with Be-Cause Health, Enabel and Foreign Affairs, developed an online tutorial on sexual and reproductive health and rights internationally. This e-learning takes you through the main themes of SRHR; the international framework it is based on and what you can do.

Research on sexual and reproductive health and rights
Many aspects of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) remain understudied internationally. Research can ensure that new needs become clear. In addition, it can inform policy.
Would you like to get in touch with other researchers and professionals? Then join the SRHR working group. The working group was set up by our partner organisation Be-Cause Health, the Belgian network on Global health.
Are you looking for support for research on SRHR? Then the Advisory Council on Gender & Development (ARGO) is the right address. Every year, ARGO supports a few young researchers and master's students doing research on women's rights and SRHR.
